PISA(R)™ : Pause, Identify, Shift, Align, and the choice to Repeat
The PISAR® Method is a five-step emotional alignment framework designed to help you navigate thoughts, moods, and emotions with clarity and intention.
It stands for:
P – Pause
Create space between stimulus and response.
This step is about awareness. You stop the autopilot reaction and ground yourself in the present moment.
